SAAB 9-5 3" Down Pipe

This stainless steel 3" Down Pipe replaces the restrictive stock Down Pipe. It allows for less back pressure thus enabeling the turbo to spool up earlier and faster and allow for lower EGT's at high power output. The 3" Down Pipe fist perfect to the stock 9-5 catback connection.

Combined with our Stage 3 software you will be able to enjoy increased torque and more horsepower. This type of 3" Down Pipe has been used in applications of over 400 hp.

The downpipe has two lambda bungs before the sport catalyst. They can be used for mounting the original lambda sonde and a wideband lambda sonde at the same time. Additionally the 3" Down Pipe features a 3rd lambda bung after the sport catalyst. This bung can be used for a so-called 2nd lambda sonde, which many 9-5's feature, and might be needed to pass MOT like checks-ups.
